We have the utmost respect for our architectural partners but when we are asked to assess and provide a bid on a project we will put our experience to work and do a complete “Know Your Building” assessment. Why? Because not all documents are created equally – we fill in the gaps
There are extraneous factors that can significantly influence the project—zoning, jurisdictions, infrastructure age. We will provide an accurate assessment of the true picture of the project.
It might take a bit more time and seem like it entails more money now—but our experience is that the measures we take now save you in the long run.

It is Norwest policy to review all bid documents –and then build our own documents to explain further and include detail that the client may not understand or have familiarity with.
