The Norwest Team.
Jim Lampus
President

Jim grew up in a family retail business and co-founded two retail chains after college. The second chain rapidly grew to fifty-four stores in six states with construction managed by an in-house team. After the retail business sold, the in-house construction team became Norwest’s first hires who continue to occupy key positions within the company. Jim loves to challenge the prevailing wisdom in all aspects of the company to better serve Norwest clients and see Team Members rewarded for their contributions to the company’s success.
