Norwest was initially approached by Dr. Michael Setter and Dr. Aron Geelan at the earliest stage as we helped them find a real estate broker to identify a good property. Based on that relationship we were able to recommend architect, provide in-house design to stay within budget. We assisted with constructability estimates and budget control through progress budgets and overall project schedule including a preconstruction schedule. This early involvement by the client coupled with nightly integrated and managed services lead to an on time, on budget project.
