THE STORY

Founded over 25 years ago Head and Neck Surgical Associates is a unique practice of physicians who attended both medical and dental schools to provide expertise in head and neck, maxillofacial and facial cosmetic surgeries.

Remodeling a busy surgery facility in multiple phases required Norwest to understand in detail how the practice functioned to avoid any interference with patient care. Careful planning in concert with the practice manager yielded a successful a project in three distinct phases.
