When the Water Tower underwent an extensive re-model, Macadam Dental was afforded the opportunity to relocate to a larger space on the ground level. Drs. Kevin and Jodi Morich decided to think big--12 operatories BIG! Their first call was to their friends at Norwest who were thrilled to work with the husband and wife team again.

Norwest applied "Know Your Building" to determe the feasibility of relocating and expanding in the Water Tower building. Norwest partnered with the developer and client to pull together the vision of both parties.

With its large roll-up windows, beautiful polished concrete floors, and exposed ceiling in most of its exam rooms, this dental office blends historic warmth and modern style.
