Dr. Catherine Kim partnered with Norwest to bring her vision of a bespoke dental office to life. From the initial space search, we worked closely with Dr. Kim and her real estate broker to evaluate potential locations. Our KYB investigation revealed outdated and inefficient HVAC units, which allowed her broker to negotiate a higher tenant improvement allowance—offsetting the cost of necessary upgrades.

With a startup budget in mind, the space was designed for both immediate function and long-term growth. Inspired by the aesthetic of a modern Korean café, the interior features warm whites, clean lines, and soft textures. Design highlights include a plaster wall covering, wood paneling at the reception desk, and a built-in arch at the beverage bar. Ceramic sconces softly illuminate the hallways, while Scandi-influenced cabinetry enhances the minimalist décor and cozy atmosphere. The result is a thoughtfully designed practice that balances warmth, efficiency, and future expansion.
